As part of the 70th All India Cooperative Week celebrations, the President of Ananthapuram Cooperative Society, M. Jayakumar hoisted the flag. A cooperative pledge ceremony took place, and deposits were received from members. Other branches of the Ananthapuram Cooperative Society, including Muttada, Ilamakulam, Vellayani, Srivaraham, Vattyoorkav, and Tirumala, also commenced the celebration.
